Security at OptiMach

Protecting customer data is central to how we operate. Every quote, order, and file you share with OptiMach is handled with strict confidentiality and technical safeguards.

1. Secure Transmission

All data transmitted to and from our systems is encrypted using HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher. File uploads and quote data are stored using secure, access-controlled AWS infrastructure.

2. File Protection

Uploaded files (e.g. CAD, STEP, DXF, PDF) are only used to generate quotes or manufacturing plans. Files are never shared with third parties without explicit written consent.

3. Access Control

Access to internal systems is restricted to authorized personnel only, based on job responsibility and least-privilege principles.

4. Responsible Disclosure
